Reading the books for the first time. How unreasonable is my gripe about thrust "gravity"?
It feels like a natural term that might arise. It's not literally gravity but it feels like gravity so people call it gravity. In the same way we casually say "zero gravity" for situations where there is gravity but you can't feel it.

Yes but when they see me sat with my stained shirt and 10 year old phone, they know there's no hope for a tip so they hit the 0.

UK here, I'd say cringeworthy is a pretty normal word. Or at least it was before kids dropped the second half of the word.

The literature in the article says "should not", which is advisory and legally different to "can not", as you say.

One time I had an ex ask me for some obscure cable that I happened to have. We went over to my cable drawer and as I pulled it out she said "Why do you have this drawer of random cables?"

Midwesterners looking for something interesting to do on the weekend
This is meaningless if it drives back on the same roads. "You can drive for 30 hours on a roundabout in Blackburn, Lancashire without ever leaving the roundabout in Blackburn, Lancashire"

I went round fucking guys and pretending to be gay and they completely fell for it. I must've sucked off 20 guys but I was a straight man all along! Haha!

Honestly, we're just looking to go in a new direction with different positions.
One girl dumped me after a few dates, nothing special, and she was super apologetic. She said she'd understand if I called her a fucking bitch and blocked her. I was so offended by that comment. I'm not one of those insecure guys who flips out when they get rejected. I can handle being dumped! I can't believe she thought so lowly of me! Fucking bitch!

I'm not really into politics
Reminds me of a time I was arguing with a friend in a pub. He didn't vote and thought it was pointless etc. I was saying:
Me: "Have you been to recently?"
Him: "Yeah"
Me: "Have you noticed a the amount of homeless people?"
Him: "Yeah, it's getting really bad now isn't it"
Me: ...
Him: "What's that got to do with the government?"
At this point, a random woman leaned in to comment.
"You know, I agree with your friend. HE shouldn't vote."

Every time I see this guy, I chuckle at the fact he needs a stage name to sound working class because "Stephen Yaxley-Lennon" is definitely a person who shops at Waitrose
