Bin schon gespannt wie es bei uns wird. Mein Chef meinte wir müssen als Abteilung langsam mal wegkommen von der Life-Work Balance und Richtung Work-Life Balance. Manche haben in 2 Monaten über 130 Überstunden gemacht während andere bereits 60 Minusstunden haben. Die Motivation scheint aktuell ziemlich im Keller, wenn ein paar die ganze Arbeit der Abteilung stemmen müssen.

Wir haben jetzt 4 Wochen Zeit die Probleme als Abteilung zu lösen. Es ist nämlich nicht das einzige Problem.

Ja, weil unser Teamlead eigentlich durchgehend mit Entwicklung beschäftigt ist. Es wird also in Zukunft jemand anders das organisatorische übernehmen. In ca. 1,5 Wochen wird es ein Meeting geben und dann werde ich nochmal evaluieren ob es was gebracht hat und ob ich eine Besserung sehe.
