The end of Reddit? Why the blackout is still going – and what happens next
Many subs are already opening up again sadly.

True but I see the number of closed subreddits getting lower each time I look at that page.

I see major subs like /r/gaming, /r/todayilearned/, /r/space opening up but they're not asking their users what to do :(
Between this comment and my last at least 25 subs have opened up again. Even while typing this one opened up.

Parts of Reddit are staying dark. Our search results may suffer for it.
Good. They should stay closed. Sadly a lot of subs are capitulating and opening up again.

Indeed. Users should have joined in. I did my part at least, I haven't used the site in days and I've also removed all of my comments and submissions.

Whats a game that everybody seems to love that you cant stand for one reason or another?
Souls games.
I like difficult games but I just don't enjoy the gameplay of Souls games. They feel sluggish and repetitive.

Cyberpunk’s expansion totally overhauls the original game | VGC
It all sounds great but I'm bummed that you need to get the DLC to get all these overhauls. This is the game they promised us way back and now people will have to pay extra to get it. It's like paying twice to get what they promised.

What are peoples thoughts on games requiring always online? How does it affect your enjoyment of those games?
In my opinion all games that can be played solo should have an offline mode. Personally I have an excellent internet connection but I hate having to depend on servers to be able to play the game that I bought.
The thing about always online is that the servers often crap out, especially during launch or during major patches. That just annoys the hell out of me.

Allies Pressure Biden to Hasten NATO Membership for Ukraine
NATO doesn't allow countries who are at war to join. Biden can't change that.

What are all your thoughts on TotK vs BotW?
I like TOTK more in pretty much every single way. The only thing I really dislike about it are the sages. They're just annoying as hell and I hate how they look.
BOTW was pretty boring to me and I didn't like the Divine Machines.
I do still really dislike the durability system. It makes it feel like weapons are worthless because even if you get a good one it will be destroyed pretty soon anyway. Even the Master Sword has limited use and that really grinds my gears. It's the freaking MASTER SWORD.
I also miss the typical Zelda music in both these games. Sure there is music but it's very sparse.

Wait. The standard edition is 120 dollars?! What the actual fuck?!
Edit: that's in AUD, apparently.

Starfield coming with SSD requirement
Makes sense. It's time to move on from spinning disks people. SSD's have been affordable for a very long time now.

I think that's just the display resolution. I expect this game will use dynamic render resolution like most games these days. The render resolution will probably not hit 4K often (if at all).
