Not being a dick or looking for a fight. Where do you live at? The only thing I know of remotely close is a doctor can not talk to other people about your condition (though they regularly do). If you have been through my other posts then I have repeatedly said I ask questions for engagement and productive discourse. Is it really that rare that people strike up a question to get a conversation going on? Without negativity? That's why if you type into google: how hard is it to strike up a civilized discussion on the internet? the answer is surprisingly hard, but possible. I try to go for the latter.
