[screaming in Lost Generation]

World War I Nationalism "The Original": Gritty, black and white production with a confusing plot. Slow pacing and it set the stage for the franchise.

World War II Nationalism "The Reboot": Bigger budget, better special effects and the villains were so iconic that we still use them as bad guys 80 years later.

Modern Nationalism "The third one, nobody asked for": The writing is terrible, the plot relies entirely on nostalgia for the "glory days," the villains look like cheap cosplayers of the original cast, and the only people who actually like it are the toxic fanbase on the internet.

Cop30’s watered-down agreements will do little for an ecosystem at tipping point

No offense, but so were COP 1-29. It's important to talk and keep the format going. But everyone that has managed a project knows how difficult it is to get seven people to agree on something. Let alone 57.000 people.

And there is this strange notion that we just need politicians to agree and pass some laws, and climate change is gone. It's a vastly more difficult problem to solve and it will take EVERYONE to tackle it.
