Targeted excellence

This seems to be the way a lot of doctors are choosing to start..

I really think starting with treating the adhd and, if desired, a coach or therapist to work on coping techniques.

My sons and I went through this journey and the antidepressants were all horrible…. Mood-altering horrible. Helped nothing in our case.. but also found many on the Interwebs that have had similar experiences.

What's your go to comfort meal?

Before I had a wife (who actually cares about me). I would make a casserole with wide egg noodles, chicken, peas, maybe another veg, mixed with a combo of cream of mushroom soup, couple eggs, and topped with a generous layer of cheddar..
I’m told this is not good for you, but it is delicious and has enough variety that I can eat it every day.

A cruel irony

@MadBigote

I got the sexual side effects from just about every antidepressant med, but not from the stimulants.. odd.

Sidenote:
Lexapro was the WORST. The side effects lasted for months after I stopped taking it.

1to1 thc/cbd is amazing for reducing the angst and pain.

Agreed 100%. That the concerns over federal legality is still an issue with employment. Thanks , in part, to the race war and the pharmaceutical lobby. (My opinion)
