Lots of other games out there besides D&D

I really enjoy the strategy and tactics around managing the game clock, staying in bounds vs out, etc. I think it would remove a lot of really interesting decision points from the game of we eliminated that.

What specifically do you still need Windows for? It's possible that you can get it all running under Proton.

I moved my organizations desktops over to Amazon correto a few years ago just to get away from oracles predatory practices. Feeling okay good about that move.

I love my steam deck and got it for exactly the same reason. I love being able to sit with my wife or kids and play my games while they play their own or watch TV. We can still interact and I get to play a lot more games than I used to.

I use signal on the desktop with nordvpn constantly without issue. I also use both on my phone.

Why don't you let refugees speak for themselves instead of assuming you know how they feel or what they want? I'm sure they have much larger concerns in life than worrying about whether or not someone uses the evocative term "refugee" as a metaphor to describe their process of fleeing from Reddit to sites with a more palatable leadership and rules.
