Meu problema com esse tipo de livro é que querem pegar algo estrangeiro e só abrasileirar. Não vejo problema num cara fazer uma fantasia épica medieval inspirada em game of thrones, desde q não passe disso, uma inspiração! Agora, quando o cara faz idêntico e só muda Eddard Stark pra Ednaldo Santos, fica chato. Tbm acho errado achar q autor brasileiro só pode escrever sobre coisas do Brasil. Fantasia? Tem q ser sobre nosso folclore; Ficção Científica? Tem q se passar na Faria Lima. Acho isso chato e desanima mto quem tem uma história pra contar. Vc repetiria o treino full body na quinta e na sexta? Eu acho q seria mais proveitoso quebrar esse treino de terça, deixando peito na terça, costas na quinta e ombro na sexta, por exemplo.
