All split keyboards I'm aware of connect the halves with 3.5mm TRRS jacks, if not wireless. QMK and ZMK boards alike. Why is that?

very comfortable i must say, rocking them for about one week already and i am not missing my DSA caps on another lily58. Choc Blue are quite heavy to my liking, but i love to suffer 70gf
