Morty started Rick and Morty as the nervous kid who questioned Rick’s violence, cared about innocent people, and believed that actions had consequences.

Nine seasons later, that Morty is getting harder to recognize.

From the ruined Cronenberg world and the Purge to the death crystal, the save-point device, Planetina, and the Season 9 finale, Morty has slowly learned one of Rick’s most dangerous lessons: if you want something badly enough, there is usually a way around the consequences.

But there’s one important difference.

Rick knows exactly what kind of person he is.

Morty still thinks he’s the good one.

'huh human music, I like it'

Rick & Morty may not translate directly into live action well, but here's a show to scratch some of that itch perhaps; "Counterpart".

There's no comedy, but like the edginess and inner conflict Rick has. That is sort of what I get from this, a little.

Pretty good imdb rating. I'm 8 episodes in, I like it. JK Simmons could definitely pull off a Rick. One of the more serious ones at least.

Pretty solid season ending, didn’t go big but with them already doing the Prime Rick stuff earlier it’s not a surprise.

Thought the end credit scene was good!

What was Rick Prime trying to achieve by killing all the Dianes?

Haven’t seen any episode discussion threads so figured I’d start one. Thought this one and the unity one were really good.

Haven’t really noticed the new voice actor much this season, although I agree with some people that you can hear it in Morty’s voice a bit more at moments.

Is it me or are the first two episodes quite disappointing?

Maybe trying to stay healthy while doing it? Juggling plates? Not every episode, Morty. It could be all happening in the background. Who knows? No.. Noone will, except us. It.. It's the most painfull shit I've ever had to deal with, but I'm bringing you into it because you asked for it, Morty! You and me Morty!
