Best condos/places to live for young professional

Looking for building recommendations, asking for a relative who is looking for 1-bed condo/apartment in a high rise building. They have looked at online reviews but many mention frequent fire alarms, dirty facilities, or strict rules.

  • max rent $3000 USD, but looking for cheaper
  • working in Brickell but looking for a 1-bed place about 20 min commute by public transport (and ideally this would help them find a place <$3000)
  • grocery store nearby
  • easy access to activities would be ideal (sports activities or restaurants).

Thank you.

Where can I find the most authentic home-style ceviche (hole in the wall type place)?

I've been to suviche before for ceviche but i'd like to try somewhere that's authentic like a hole in the wall place where peruvians would go for ceviche. I can speak intermediate spanish so it's all good if they don't speak english. Thanks!

Edit: thanks! I went to Aromas del Peru and it was really delicious. Went to Farolito for dinner and it was incredible. I would recommend that place 11/10.
