A little fanart of my favourite kh character : Roxas
Recently I've been remembering something from my childhood.. with my big brother we had a PS2, and after I accidentally deleted my brother's save on kh1 (at the final boss, he was soo mad and still reminds me sometimes), he would take the memory card with him when going to college, so I would play the beginning of kh2, over and over and over again, until he'd come back with it each holidays

Birth by Sleep Final Mix (HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX) Secret Ending Requirements
Hey all, I am going back and replaying all of the Kingdom Hearts games again. So I wanted to unlock the secret ending in every single playable game. I went and beat Birth by Sleep on Critical with every character.
I can't seem to find a definitive answer on this; but what are the requirements for unlocking the secret ending for Critical?
I have seen many sources say just beat the final episode on Critical, and you will unlock the secret ending. However, I beat each story on Critical. First I beat Terra's story; next I beat Ventus' story, and lastly I beat Aqua's story.
I saved the completed save on new files for each. I chose to do save 97 for Terra, 98 for Ventus, and 99 for Aqua.
The secret ending still did not unlock for me. So I beat the final episode again on Aqua's save, and saved that on another earlier slot.
What could I possibly be missing? Are there other requirements for me to unlock the secret ending? Is this a bug?
I am playing on PC, specifically the Steam version.
Any help, or any insight would be wonderful.
Finally started playing Kingdom Hearts
Are all the games important for the main story. The only one I've played before is Chains of Memories on the GBA.
What kind of Heartless is Ansem? Pureblood? Emblem? Or another kind?
After seeing a video pointing out that Pureblood Heartless don't have shadows, I went back to see footage of Sora as a Heartless and Ansem. The former has Sora have no shadow when he's a Shadow. During the fight with Riku with the Keyblade of heart, Riku's body still projects shadows. However, in the End of the World where Sora encounters Ansem posing as Riku, "Riku's" body doesn't appear to produce a shadow, and nether does Ansem himself, despite having the Heartless emblem on his chest.
The fact Ansem doesn't produce shadows normally yet still has the Heartless emblem on him is likely the reason why the Kingdom Hearts wiki doesn't make a statement as to whether he is an Emblem Heartless or a Pureblood Heartless. The infobox only says Heartless, where generally other Heartless characters have their infobox say if they're either an Emblem Heartless or a Pureblood Heartless.
So, do you think Ansem is a Pureblood Heartless, an Emblem Heartless, or some other kind of Heartless that doesn't fit into those groups?
When did you first beat Kingdom Hearts II?
I have yet to beat the original PS2 version of Kingdom Hearts II - I got stuck when I was a kid on the morale missions in Mulan's world. They're basically timed missions, which I had problems at the time, such as the flooding section in Ratchet & Clank or the parts in Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones (the Dark Prince gameplay) and Devil May Cry 2 (some area in the game I don't exactly remember) where your health drains gradually overtime and kill you if you don't beat them fast enough.
I had beaten Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix on Proud Mode on PS3 in 2016 or so when I got the compilation games on that system, after beating Kingdom Hearts Final Mix on Proud Mode. I had trouble with the World of Chaos boss in the latter game as Sora kept taking so much damage from the laser attacks.
I recently beat those games again on PS5 picking up a magic based build for both of them, and Kingdom Hearts II on Critical Mode for the first time. I think using the synthesis system kills the difficulty of Critical Mode... I had late game equipment that boosted attack and defense a lot thanks to the Lucky Lucky abilities granting a lot of synthesis items.
Which party member is better in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Donald, or Goofy?
About the party members that Sora starts out with, which one is better? Donald's good for magic usage and healing. Goofy's good for MP support after acquiring MP Gift. They're both good party members...
Has anyone gotten an Elixir from Rabbit's vegetable farm?
Apparently you can get items such as potions, ethers, and elixirs from pulling pumpkins and cabbage from Rabbit's vegetable farm. Did you know about this, and if so, how many elixirs did you get from this?
Why is Atlantica disliked in Kingdom Hearts?
The world gives a nice vertical element to Kingdom Hearts, even if Sora seems a little slower than normal. The ocean world breaks up the style of gameplay enough to give a new and interesting gameplay. But it seems like people don't like it much, why is that?
Is clous version on switch worth it in 2023?
I downloades kingdom hearts 3 on my pc but i cant run it well.
Is the cloud version worth it on switch? I play pretty much at home only with a very strong internet
Why is there a difference between Pureblood and Emblem Heartless?
For some reason some game storylines make a big deal out of the differences between Pureblood and Emblem Heartless. Why did Square Enix make the difference such a big deal in the story and lore?
downloaded KH3 finally
After all this time I finally downloaded KH3. I've played most of the games, but still needed to watch a 40 minute recap video lol.
Super excited!
Do you like to go magic or strength build in Kingdom Hearts?
I beat Kingdom Hearts Final Mix on PS5 for the first time using the Dream Rod, and my second time beating that game overall. It seemed like Proud Mode was easier than I remember after Agrabah, when Sora's MP started spiking upwards when the Spellbinder keychain and MP boosting synthesized equipment became available. Hitting Monstro with 7 MP did numbers to Sora's prowess with Fira. I got to ten MP during Atlantica and 14 during Hollow Bastion. Magic really felt strong against enemies before the escape from Hollow Bastion when enemies suddenly became stronger. It didn't feel quite as powerful after that happened, so maybe the game wants you to acquire third level spells after that point for maximum magic power. Unfortunately two boss fights are immune to magic so I had to switch to a strength equipment build for them. But other than that, it was a nice change of pace to replay that game with a magic build.
