Title case sucks. I don’t know why we use it.

When names are not familiar to you it takes a few goes to realise that her name is Ju Ae, not Ju Ae May or Ju Ae May Be.

It's Ju Ae May Be His Heir, it says so right there.

I’ve occasionally seen title case with proper nouns in all caps, like: “KIM JONG UN’s Daughter KIM JU AE May Be His Heir, SOUTH KOREA Suspects”.

Hashtag totalitarian, hashtag feminism, hashtag juche, hashtag slaygirrrrl.

Also, apparently nothing screams "dictatorship of the proletariat" like a hereditary monarchy. Nothing screams "class struggle" like the Mount Paektu bloodline. Marx and Engels are surely vindicated.

It could be a gendered noun in Korean, but yeah, I thought they had women in the officer corps already so it shouldn't seem that strange.

I just looked it up and apparently Korean does not have a gendered grammar.

But yeah… it’s probably just a subtle way of pointing out that she is who she is.

I wonder if she has the hobby of executing her relatives with anti-aircraft guns, like her dad?
