yeah... I had to step back because I was spending hours on trying to setup my own Lemmy instance. I dont need a tonne of sleep but it turns out I do need some.
I almost exclusively make friends with very chatty people because I've found that they don't really care if you're actually listening. They just like to talk. I can zone out and daydream about whatever and tune back in for a few minutes and nobody gets upset about having to repeat themselves.
That was what got me to first talk to my doctor. Turns out I was right and now three different doctors have diagnosed me with ADHD. I'm a complete stereotype and was somehow missed until I was 30. Go talk to yours! If you're wrong, awesome. If you're right, then you can finally get help.

Been seeing a lot of memes from c/ADHD on my feed and starting to think I might be undiagnosed ADHD. They all hit close to home
