Suggestion for an icon on this magazine

I have created a (not very creative) icon that could be used for this magazine. This is for better recognition and have something eye catchy in the list of magazines. Or someone else creates and suggest it here.

@therealcaptncrunch67 That looks awesome! I personally was going for a more simplistic look without too much detail, but the CRT style and look is also a fitting theme. I did not think about that! Only the cutout in the screen area would need some cleanup and maybe bulge the projected screen-image a bit. This could be also a possible icon or image for the magazine.
I agree with a more minimalist style, in small screens and from far away it'll be blurry and just a mess. Maybe expand the idea and use it for a banner or something, maybe having a different character for each console.
Anyway, I modified the image. Changed Marco with Nadia so there's also a girl in the picture and added Megaman (I can't believe I forgotten him with the first version).

As an alternative suggestion, maybe something to do with the Space Invaders game from 1978?
