I'm mostly just mad that he fucking stanced it. Shit's murder on your tires, your suspension, and your steering, all for the looks (and it looks stupid).

Depends if he's drifting it. The stanced front wheels give better traction during drifts

No they don't. A small amount of negative camber improves the contact patch under suspension load. The massive amount strange people put on stanced cars kills your contact patch and refugees grip.

It was the age of consent at the time wasn't it? I think it's 16 now and changed only a few years ago.

I live in the states. I don't travel. But I read... Like hey did you see that Japan changed their laws to change the age of consent..... Well btw they did. And it wasn't that long ago and you know made the news.

As for weather that's contextually morally right for them to do as far as sexualization of ...... I didn't actually comment just pointed out how no matter the age there will almost always be something just on the edge of accepted boundariess. I have nothing to do with that. Just not oblivious.

He means in Japan.

In Japan the age of consent for quite a long time was 13 and recently changed to 16

That was the national law, meanwhile each prefecture had its own higher age already.

Which is obviously fucked up.

The point isn't if it was "legal", but instead "ethical".

Even if a country allows you to be with a 13yo, it is fucked up.

He essentially said: "it's a fine show, no problems, because the relationship was legal! " When referring to a 14yo

To me it seemed more like he was explaining why teens and kids are so sexualized in anime in general.

Because it was the age of consent and enough Japanese anime/manga creators are okay with that enough to put it in pretty much everything

Which is fucking yikes! Who associates with that crap?

Whenever I go out of town on business, I like to do my research on where I’m going. Local hotspots, the bar scene, age of consent, make the best of my time.

You probably won’t get this reference, but then I posted it for me, not you.

Lol, he won't have money or time for that fancy paint job if he has to keep that rotary engine alive.

I had a first gen Rx-7 and for a while the metering pump quit... and I ran premix like a two stroke until I could get a new one.

Clint Eastwood's character in Gran Torino knew this fully well and added the special clauses in his will.

When my great grandma stopped driving me and my dad got the car. We fixed it up and when I started driving it was my car. It had a big ass v8 engine and was very big. It become to pricy to keep running so we sold it but grandma doesn't need to know that...
