We drove past this morning. Police and fire trucks and a screen, so didn't look good. On the way back around 12 the train was still standing there.
Weird spot as there aren't footpaths nearby or so.
Yeah ☹️. They'd have gone there on purpose maybe.
I drove past it too, saw the screen put up, and thought "oh dear".
As you said, strange place for a pedestrian to be.
