I'd be down for a classic BMW community, I think separate E30/E34 ones wouldn't be active enough.
As time goes on and the models age out they are likely to see less action, I agree. The E36 forum was bustling for a while about 5 years ago when I had mine, less so now. If necessity requires it, then I don’t think it’s a bad idea to have separate generation forums.

2023 i4 eDrive35. Just picked it up about 3 weeks ago. Loving the EV transition. Haven’t had a chance to take decent pics yet, enjoy a front end shot from the parking garage!

e39 540 2003. I've owned it since 2007 and use it almost daily. Lovely car.
2023 420i b16 tuned to 280hp and a custom cat back. Nothing special but it's mine.

Kinda regret I didn't buy a 530 instead but still a very nice car
F32 435d. Not exactly sporty but still a weapon. Effortlessly got to an indicated 162 on the autobahn. And gets incredible fuel economy.
