Do you have any pillow recommendations?
I’ve been sleeping on the same one for a few years but it’s become really lumpy. I don’t mind spending a little money, but are the modern “high tech” pillows really worth it?

I tend to just buy something from my local supermarket and it does the trick for me, at least for a few years.
As long as it's soft and doesn't get too hot*, I'm happy.
*Exception of using my dog as a pillow. She is hot as fuck, but I don't mind laying my head on her belly. 😋
I used to just buy anything. Then for whatever reason I sprang for this one: https://www.amazon.com/Iso-Cool-Memory-Gusseted-Sleeper-Standard/dp/B000ZK4QH8/. It is fantastic and I will always use a nice pillow now. It’s worth it.
