An Indian government official directed an unsuccessful plot to assassinate a Sikh separatist on U.S. soil, the U.S. Justice Department said on Wednesday, in announcing charges against a man accused of orchestrating the attempted murder.

Even setting aside the obvious moral issues, the optics of this are just so bad.
You would think that they would want to lay low over what happened in Canada, but then they make another attempt!?
It suggests Modi and his crew think they can get away with anything because the West needs them for geopolitical reasons.
Remarkable that the Modi regime would be fielding multiple death squads in North America at the same time as they were trying to cosy up to NATO. It's like something from a political/spy thriller.
