This is a try run with the new barrel bbq. As cheap as they come. Two types of kebab are in the fridge getting ready for tomorrow.

That was simply Nando’s marinade straight out of bottle. I watched the Adana kebab video you shared in another post and followed his suggestion to use the juices from the onion/garlic/pepper paste as part of salad dressing. It worked really well.
