It wasn’t too bad where we are. Just a bit of drizzle now and then.
Looking good! What's the marinade on those thighs?
That was simply Nando’s marinade straight out of bottle. I watched the Adana kebab video you shared in another post and followed his suggestion to use the juices from the onion/garlic/pepper paste as part of salad dressing. It worked really well.
