Getting closer to finishing the bottom of this thing. That will be a happy day of much celebration.

Nice! It looks really good so far! I wish my stitches looked that tidy lol

The needle minder really makes it 😂

I'm ill at the moment and felt too sorry for myself to stitch anything last night, but hopefully I'll get a few put in on Errol later and come back with an update!

I hope you feel better soon! I got that needle minder from the same shop I got the baphomet one from, this may be the start of a collection lol

Ok if you went back and compared this to last week there'd probably be like, fifty new stitches max. But I'm taking what I can get at the moment 🥲

I love the colors! This is reminding me that one of my next goals is to try using something besides 14ct aida lol the smaller weave looks so much nicer!

Evenweave is definitely my favourite to work on. It's just so...even lol, guess the clue's in the name. It looks pleasingly tidy to me, if that makes sense?

Definitely recommend starting out with the lighter colours if you do try it though, trying to stitch over 2 on dark colours is a bit of a nightmare I have learned this one the hard way.

I think I'll try it with an easy pattern to start once I use up all the fancy aida I just bought for these Christmas presents lol

You can't really tell in the picture but the fabric I used here is all blue and glittery! It was expensive, but it makes it look more Christmasy!

This is a fun one. And yeah that's another great needle minder. One of these days you're going to manifest your stitch into the real world...
