Reforging to the Masses is so good for expanding the weaponry of the game. Took me a while to realise how truly brilliant it is. It uses the same texture paths for vanilla weapons so it will always blend in with whatever texture replacer you use. I use it with Open World Loot.
I like NordWarUA's armor replacers. I'm also a fan of the various outfits by DeserterX, docteure, dint999, Harry2135 and Team TAL. 4th Unknown has some great armor too. I also use Kirax's project vindictus armor packs, hard to get nowadays. Oh and Artisian Cloaks and Apachii Divine Elegance.
For weapons, I like Dawnguard Arsenal and ArteFakes. Unique Uniques is also good.
Armors of the Velothi 1 and 2 - really anything by pulcharma - i dont knownhow to spell his name - is great
My hack is to look for SPID mods that distribute armors to NPCs. RMB and QND distributions are highly recommended, and a great way to find new armor packs!

Any of the re-textures from Xavbio are a must-have, if that counts...
Otherwise I have Artificer with Reliquary of Myth overriding to overhaul as many artifacts and unique items as possible.
There's also the Regal Paladin Armor my knight is rocking.
