Pretty good overall though, so no worries.
TBH if people aren't more well adjusted than they were at any point in their past I'd be mildly to greatly disappointed.

Yeah I don't know OP's life, but if anyone ever said that to me I would interpret it the second way.
Honestly my first thought, but tone of voice doesn't really carry over with text so she might be joking.
