Honestly I wonder sometimes if it benefits me more. It's so fun taking her to the park and just running around with a bird belly on my hand and seeing her eyes and hearing her chirps when she is normally so quiet. I'd happily take a bat for a fly too.

I do this with my arthritic parrot. She absolutely loves it.
