No. Unless they have dedicated and physically separated lanes for e-bikes, it is suicidal for the ebikers or any bikers for that matter.

Yeah I haven't seen a single ebike on the road in my area because the roads are so deadly for cyclists. I occasionally see bikes painted white on the side of the road as memorial to someone who was foolish enough to try it, but no one actually riding.
