Same, seems to be getting QoL updates more regularly which is appreciated this early!

My only issue with connect is that there is no way to disable animations. I have animations turned off via developer options because I can't stand overscroll, and as of now there's no way to disable it in connect. In the meantime I'm using Liftoff which also has animations baked-in, but overscroll isn't one of them so I'm happy.

Same, I'll keep using the browser app or whatever it's called for now

I've actually had zero issues. I'm still on v0.0.34 though.

I have to say, Wefwef is a straight up Apollo replacement for me.

Jerboa was great but I updated the app and now it simply boot loops and crashes. Anyone have a good place to download earlier APKs from? F-droids three are all doing the same

If you're instances on lemmy.world currently, Jerboa is gonna give you some grief for a bit. Lemmy.world is having an update issue, and Jerboa doesn't handle the version mismatch well. Connect for Lemmy is working a treat though.

Fdroid (or me) finally clicked and got the .34 on here, but now to remember my password!

I used jerboa for a few days, trying liftoff right now and I am preferring the interface. I'm very happy with this fast development of all the new fediverse apps

Lol

Yea, Jerboa needs some refinement. I'm using Liftoff since yesterday on Android and it's really good.

I'm on OnePlus 6 and for me Jerboa doesn't really work at all. Comments not loading etc.

I'm currently using LiftOff while lemmy.world doesn't update the servers, but boy, do I miss Jerboa :(

Same. Using liftoff at the moment to still use Lemmy, but it just doesnt feel the same.

But its nice to have options so everyone can find a browser that works for them.

I've been using Jerboa since I joined (a couple of weeks ago) and it's been good. Though I've just downloaded thunder to try it out. It's exciting to try new apps as I read other people's experiences with them.
