I guess Sondors hasn’t been paying BBB enough money, because that’s usually all it takes to stay in tbeir good graces. BBB are the original yelp, and they are just as shady (if not more).
BBB and Yelp are a racket, but that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a legit problem.
Totally. It’s almost always a legit problem, but companies usually pay BBB to hide these sorts of legit problems from the public. The fact that it got to the point where BBB announce that they are “investigating” to the media means that comms broke down.
