Do not read while driving.
Great advice. This should be about as effective as holding back the ocean with a toothpick. No bad driver, drunk driver, or murderous driver will EVER pay attention to anyone else's advice about how they should drive. The one hallmark of all potentially deadly drivers is, they think nobody can tell them anything or teach them anything about how to drive. Really these folks are corrupted to a point beyond mere mental illness.
