Yuzu, for instance, won't read games unless you provide a file containing the keys - Dolphin decided to bundle the keys to skip that step, but that does mean it includes copyrighted material.
it won't be dolphin is distrubuting private game keys with their emulator that they shouldn't be. however they don't really have an option not to since there is no way to dump your own keys on the wii.

Is that true? I see a number of projects that seems to say they can dump Wii keys.
Cloud syncs was what I was most looking forward to, since it would have made continuing progress from deck to desktop so much easier.
