Decided to build around No Backup Plans since I hadn't tried them after the buff.
Trying to find a good purple shader to match the glow.

PSA: Conditional Finality is NOT the move with NBP. The first shot tends to freeze the enemy more than kill them which doesn't proc the overshield.
Maybe until it’s return with trench barrel or cascade point could be good
That's pretty sick looking any chance we could get a screenshot of your cosmetic window? Wondering what shaders your using for each piece.
Shader is all Neopop Wave. A season of the splicer shader I think.
