Pixel 8 Pro - studdery scrolling and moving back to main feed
Was hoping this would sort itself out, but after a couple weeks it's still there. Scrolling not always smooth, and swiping back from a post is always very studdery.
Wondering if others are experiencing this? Phone is 2 weeks old, came from a Pixel 7 Pro which didn't have this problem.
I'm on the 8th Pro and had stuttering on both.
I just installed boost to see if it is doing it. In the little bit of usage it seems ok. I've been quite happy with Liftoff and hope it's something that can be fixed
TIL that this is possible. (Should really read/search for instructions)
BTW, smooth swiping here, Samsung Tab S2 8" running Lineage 18.1.
What is your cache size? I do notice the app gets a little wobbly after about 5 GB of caches content.
There is no auto cache deletion so manually clearing it one in a while is my plan.
It is at 1gb, I cleared it just now. But this was noticable right away when first using this phone.
