If you can fix it post-launch, you should probably launch it post-launch too.

Seriously sick of the bugged out release trend. Just finish the game

This also falls to the - omnipresent nowadays - Enshittification category.

Games like No Man's Sky, The Master Chief Collection, and Cyberpunk 2077 are praised nonstop for fixing games well after launch. There's basically no repercussions for a company to do this. I just don't buy games anymore unless I have looked at plenty of reviews that seem to agree that it's up to my standards. And my standards are honestly lower than most people's.

What are the issues? I really thought this was a minimum effort port. How could they have possibly fucked that up??

Honestly, these days it would be more surprising if a game didn't need to be fixed after being launched. Then again at least none of these issues sound particularly game-breaking, although these are just the ones Konami seems to be aware of. It wouldn't be surprising if there are worse glitches they're unaware of.
