Not yet. But you can track the progress on that feature in this GitHub issue.
Dang. Looks like that git issue had been on the docket for a long time.
With Lemmy gaining sudden popularity and with many new instances coming up, its priority might increase dramatically now though.

Currently, afaik not. I'm in the position with three accounts now and posts/notificatios spread among them. It's so inconvenient it's not even funny.
