I reached 5 and peaked at 6 today, but more for frustration than anxiety.

I’ve been waiting to hear back from a job for about a week and I’m at like a 7.

Probably a 2 today. Not much going on.

7, my face it literally like that too. Also haven't seemed to be able to unclench my jaw for a few days. I'm starting to feel it
