Shoutout to the most versatile 'scissors'(electrician's snips) I have ever used. They are my go-to for just about anything.
[Klein Tools Model #2100-9] Wire stripper notches are especially useful sometimes. I've beaten on this pair quite a bit and they still cut like they're brand new. I also have the non-stainless version, but I prefer the stainless.

Best damn scissors ever. Built in wire stripper and the ability to pinch the piss out of yourself if you stupidly try to use two hands to cut through something...

Just look on Amazon, I've had a pair for years. Best for opening... Packages from Amazon...
I suggest the ones home Depot sells with the yellow handle on one side, it's much more comfortable and helpful on the harder to cut stuff. Cut through coax with them like nothing.
That'd be the Klein 46039 and was they are awesome shears.
I have two pairs of those in my office and one in my workshop. They are awesome. The knife that comes with them is also very useful.
