My favorite band from back in highschool got into psychedelics, picked up one of my other favorite drummers, and then started doing weird ass concept albums about death and political theatrics/conspiracy stuff. They lost me for a couple years with this one mediocre radio rock album but then leaned heavily into prog before just going experimental and kinda genre agnostic.
Their new stuff is almost good enough for me to not clown on them for making an nft powered fan club.

My favourite band has revised their song "40 years then death" to "14 years then death". Because, you know, that's all that's left.
Although it's crazy they're like 70 years old and two of them stagedived onto me this month.

My favorite band in high school died in drunken motorcycle crashes 20 years before I was born

It's time I got back to the good life. 🎵
