Your don't need to destroy them if they are out of the zone of operations.
Good strategy to tie up critical assets for relatively low cost.
It's not technically paranoia when the person has a legitimate reason for concern.
Sounds like the perfect spot to start hammering with drones. Even if they don't make it. Let him feel the fear everyone else does because of his actions.
Dedicating a dozen or so drones every week or so at cowards homes, would likely pay off.
They will likely fire multiple interceptors at every drone. Guess which anti-air will be resupplied immediately before anywhere else.
