It's not really focused on the experiences of feminine people. If I'm reading the post correctly, it's about a masc person having such developed pecs that they make for nice breasts. While funny and cute, it doesn't have quite enough of that feminine perspective to fit the vibe.
I imagine they were suggesting that this sub is intended for memes relative to the struggles of being female, especially connotated, but not neccessarily, toward being a trans woman, and the meme is a joke about a (masc, cis) man's highly-developed pecs ironically juxtaposed against a statement about women's breasts.
Slang is notorious for being spontaneous and widely misused, so it can be very hard to search up the meaning if you have no starting point of reference. I've heard face card hundreds of times, but this is my first time ever seeing "breast card" and I wasn't exactly sure if they were trying to use it like " card." It honestly doesn't even mesh as well as face card does...

Ok, I googles it: A face-card is a card with the Texture map of a 3D scan of your face printed on it.
This card can be used to gain entrance to the "Face-Card-Club" where you get high off of Steve Ballmer's forhead sweat.
