So you get a message from the elections committee / body / bureaucracy, whatever it is called. I think they mail it to you as letter and an SMS too.
These messages have the exact location of the voting booth assigned to you and other information relevant to the voting procedure.
Normally, it would be located in a primary school or some other community center close to your home.
On the day of elections you get your identification card and go to the location.
A committee made of several opposing parties members would see that there isn't something fishy happening in the voting room, no one messing with the pile of votes, no one pissing on the voting booths and ballots. They will stay there the whole day and night, making sure the votes are properly counted.
When you arrive in that room the committee will examine your identification card, and give you the envelope.
You then walk to the booth behind the big DM screen, choose the piece of paper with the right letters, put it in the envelope, walk out the booth, and cast your vote. 20 is the best, 1 worst, but really it depends on whether or not the DM decides if this or that outcome is good for the overall adventure.

That's just how I draw them :(
You draw them in a rudimentary way. Insinuating that you are a person who has been rejected from art school. I know what you're doing, buddy.
Wait, you read my book?
I will not testify whether or not I have read Mein Kampfunhole
Oh, I didn't write that, that was the other guy.
Not even this cute Nitay would make me vote for him.
