Do you ever switch spots where you sit and swith positions to help think differently and prevent getting stuck in an automatistic normal?

My couch has four different corners I can lay/recline in 8 different placements just for that as well as upright in 7-8 additional places/seats.

Im thinking of writing up a program to randomize and mix it up for 'e heehee

Actually, I used to be a psychologist (before I lost my license due to a hapless “skirt incident”, but that’s beside the point) and during my PhD work (which ultimately got rejected because of copy/paste erroring) I studied exactly this phenomenon, this scientific manuscript was never published (got rejected by Arch med Psychology) but I still have the draft someplace, if I can ever find it in the mess of my Appartement (hubby isn’t around much to help me tidy), in ANY CASE we didn’t find ANY statistically relevant data p=<0.03 to be precise, in support of this hypothesis, so since then I just stay put on my butt when I ponder anything. Hope that helps.

Once every few years the wife and I will swap sides of the bed. I don't think it does anything.
