... not counting the $1.5 trillion debt the "big" AI players are hiding in subsidiaries
And this company, which has lost more money than most companies in the history of the world, would like an IPO evaluation of $2 trillion
At the current rate that's only enough for two years or so.
IPO doesn’t really cover operational costs either unless you let the staff who just got rich buy stock back
It does if you have enough bag holders.
Dario in 3... 2...
I think they were only ever trying to IPO so they could use a gazillion bagholders as their exit liquidity.
They're gonna IPO, get a shortcut into the Indexs so that Index Funds have to spend money (your retirement money) buying tons of stock at the near-IPO price, turning fake future profits into actual real US Dollars that the company can use to cash out executives and owners before the company explodes taking the economy with it. Elon already did this with SpaceX minus the economy exploding (so far).
I would not be invested in an index tracking asset which will include the tech or hardware companies involved in the AI supply chain.
or at least invest in equal weight instead of market cap weighted (rsp instead of spy)
I am sure many are going to lose their money to this scam.
80B so far...
If I lost that much money, I would not be in business anymore.
If you lose $80,000, that's your problem. If you lose $80,000,000,000, that's everyone else's problem.
I think that means isaiprofitableyet is way out of date lol
Clickbait, most of the money never actually existed, but it's value changed on paper and companies have to disclose it anyway.
Also their actual loss is much much higher.
