There are two groups in that 30-something percent who will never change their minds:

(1) the Epstein class who want to enrich themselves at your expense while also raping your kids; basically these guys:

and (2) these guys:

  1. essentially boils down to: women are too hard for me to understand, it was better when society simply let us control them.
14

Don't forget advocating to bring back slavery and to kill the gays

2

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that one of those guys had come around and is pretty embarrassed about being in that picture now.

4

Good for him. Some of them may have just been duped. I wouldn't give them the benefit of the doubt by default, but if someone was only there because they were told "democrats are eating babies" then I can understand being pissed.

Unfortunately, the people who were actually eating babies were using that projection/accusation to manipulate idiots into supporting them.

So he can keep being embarrassed about it. Maybe it will drive him to do better in the future. But the internet doesn't really let past mistakes die, so he'll probably carry that embarrassment to his grave with him.

They were the Nazi protestors from "Unite the Right" in Charlottesville

2

Yeah, but that 31% is party rank-and-file who insist there are “good nazi citizens.”

Honestly, it's wild that it's still 31%.

That's basically 1/3 of the people are either too dumb to figure it out, too ignorant to figure it out, and/or so fucking evil that they're aware of everything and actually like it.

17

It's all so obvious now, especially with gas prices in relation to Iran, as that seems to be something even the profoundly stupid can grasp, that I have to assume those who are still left have willingly chosen evil.

7

Of the other 2/3s, more than half of them decided trump wasn't bad enough for them to go out and vote to block, even after the disaster that was his first term. Smfh.

6

Roughly one third of any given population is authoritarian.

3

The fact that 31% of Americans still approve of this is why we can't have nice things.

33

Not just in the range, but specifically 31%. I'm not entirely sure what the point is of running the exact same story every couple weeks like its late breaking news is, but they sure are doing it.

1

...at this rate I'm pretty sure he could spray bullets from a literal machine gun into a random crowd, and about 2/3 of those who were hit and survived would still give him their approval.

21

Now children, we've already had "Trump's approval rating falls to lowest level ever: 31%" 20 times this year!

Seriously, guys, get a new story. This exact same story with the same numbers runs like every 10 days.

I don't think he cares. I think he knows, a big Republican sweep in November is already bought and paid for.

It will be if people don’t go out and vote

Every American should vote like their lives depend on it, they just might.

The lives of Pretti/Good depended on it in the last election. Countless others I'm sure.

Are you sure you'll never be one of the people whose lives depend on Democrats winning control?

Edit: Pretti not Pretty, the for the correction. A hero deserves to have their name properly spelled

14

Obviously those 2 lives are a terrible waste, but how many Americans have to suffer without healthcare ?

If all you're doing about this is voting you can shut the fuck up about politics tbh. No one's saying not to vote. I'm saying I'm sick to death of hearing about how hard I should vote from a bunch of people who clearly are otherwise doing fuck all.

"I whole heartedly agree, but I'm going to be super aggressive about it in a way that says and means nothing to anyone that isn't my own ego."

sh.itjust.works

Not really. I halfhearted agree that it's worth taking 5 minutes to go to the polls. I disagree pretty strongly with anyone who makes it their life's work to nag everyone around them in every conversation every two years as though the democrats are running any candidates worth voting for, when they never do.

-1

The fact you think voting only takes 5 minutes means you live in an area that doesn't really need the message to get out and vote

In many liberal cities in otherwise conservative states, voting can be really hard. I once had to wait over 2 hours in line. At least the weather was nice for me

Those areas are the ones with lowest turn out, and are expected to be the most impactful in this election

1

Are you already working for an anti democratic effort to quell voting or is this your audition?

You do realize they're gonna doctor those votes right? Just like they did two years ago. Voting doesn't matter when the "government" decided what the numbers were.

So what we should just like, assume we’re cooked and not even try? Thus guaranteeing we’re cooked?

Nah, that ain’t it

30

When people say shit like this, I have two reactions.

One, nobody doctored votes 2 years ago, that’s simply a lie, no smaller than Trump’s big lie that the 2020 election was stolen from him.

Two, look at what happened this year to Orban in Hungary. He tilted the electoral system to favor him, spent untold amounts of taxpayer money on campaigning for him, effectively destroyed all media not friendly to him, sabotaged every opposition party, and literally bought votes with cash. Then, he lost by a landslide because people stopped voting for him, and voted for someone else instead.

As hard as it may be to comprehend, Trump and the Republican Party are in power because tens of millions of Americans voted for them. The only way they will go away is people go vote, and vote for someone else. This simple fact doesn’t make all the issues with voter suppression, gerrymandering, and electoral system interference less of a shame, but there is no amount of those things that will keep them in power if people don’t vote for them.

24

No one intelligent enough to figure that out is dumb enough to talk people out of voting D. My guess is you're here in bad faith.

Vote. Obviously.

18

It's incredibly hard to actually change votes. Much easier to simply spread the idea voting doesn't matter, via useful idiots

1

Legit, I think this is how he thinks it works. Throw money at the problem, and people will roll over.

3

Or else he'll just nuke San Diego and declare martial law. Either way, nothing is going to change.

2

At this point, I think everyone still supporting him is so delusionally committed because dropping there support means admitting they were conned. Admitting that the family and friends that stopped associating with them where right. Admitting that all the people that called them stupid, might be right.

Yeah, I could see why delusionally holding on to the lie is easy to do.

16

its called "in too deep". even some people yt went hard on TRUMP, because of thier failing viewership/mysogyny-related firing

8

Hey no worries, the Alberta separatists declared 25 percent was a win....

So I guess in fascist land 31 percent is a landslide win

13

Pretty soon the world will either have a reset to normalcy or a last and final world war. Fuck all of this bullshit!
