I care for animals with speaking about it. I was vegan already, and for years, while not knowing I could even be healthy with it. Yet I found the way it could be. I really eat only foods, whole foods, from plants, and nothing else, and have had this way well over a decade already. I am doing really very well with my older age, too.

I understand though that no one is interested in change to this way without meals tasting really good, I have managed that for me, and have really wonderful meals.
