no gas, no farts on carnivore
It's such a small thing, but being fully clean carnivore (no cheese) has totally removed all gas, all farting... life is super quiet now, and no smells.

I'm looking forward to my next flight where I won't become uncomfortable with gas
Also it's nice fitting in an economy seat with enough leg room, which I couldn't comfortably do when I was fat
Removes lots of anxiety in daily life... Just fitting in
if i eat cheese, or any fibre the music restarts.
i suppose it makes sense, fibre ferments in the gut - so its gassy by definition.
I only have farts when I have alcohol. Wine farts are lesser than beer farts, but neither give more than about one fart, presumably from their long chain sugars
