Steam Controller Shipping
Just got the email to complete my order for a Steam Controller! I reserved back in May and the page said my expected availability was 2027. Quite a nice surprise that one is available! Maybe production is starting to catch up to demand?

Nice. I love mine and I still use it everyday with my DIY bazzite "steam machine". It's expensive for a controller but totally worth it.
You made me check my inbox. Of course every single fucking Steam newsletter is in my proper inbox, but the ONE email I was expecting, my Controller reservation, got dumped into spam... and I'm just beyond the 3 day reservation period.

Hey, that's me! I put the reservation for my second in June I think.
We got fast and lucky and got a family set at launch. They have been enjoyed. I like them better then the steam controller (I did not rename them the same, so don't blame me).
Good to hear the que is moving up.
What are you planning to play with yours? Any games or use cases in mind?
My favourite thing is the seamless control mapping between steam deck, steam controller, and recently the steam frame. I can just swap platform and keep my custom control bindings
