3. They reject the idea of Arab states. They think Arab countries are fake, just tribes. So Israel should undermine them to stay strong.
4. They want to cut dependence on the US. They think US is a declining power with bad liberal values. They want full independence.
5. They want to attack first, not defend. They want forward defense. This means moving the war into enemy land.
6. They see the conflict with Palestinians as permanent. They think Palestinian identity is fake. So they reject any Palestinian state. They want to expand settlements everywhere. And they say Palestinians who stay can have residency but not citizenship.
7. They want to use civilians as part of security. Settlements and outposts are basically front-line shields.
8. They want defense independence. Making their own weapons and tech.

The report asks if this is a change in national identity. It is. They are openly admitting they want a supremacist state built on permanent war and expansion. This is what the Israeli state is doing today.
