I saw the trailer a few days ago. Looks like great satire! And I love that it was picked up by Microprose! Seems very fitting for a classical tycoon game.
It's an excellent game, it organically encourages you to do common car culture things without directly explaining it, E.G. put a bunch of stand alone department stores around a big car park.

I picked this up after a Noclip_2 recommendation. The opening level references Robert Moses.
