the conference in question is SECCA, which is organised by the pro-israel world jewish congress. having read a few articles about it, they seemed quite upset about the hotel asking if SECCA had any links to the IDF, but the articles never denied it and just said that it was a civilian conference, which isn't quite the same thing.

Pretty sure that hotel would still welcome Jews. Maybe not a group of Jews that think they own the world and want to kill all their neighbors because they believe the bedtime stories from thousands of years ago as being literal truth, but, like, Jews who don't want to kill everyone around them are probably welcome.
