did another performance pass over the game, so here's a quick patch!

Patch 1.8.3: Smooth as ice

• Reduced GPU load, the game should now run much better on older devices
• The game now caps out at 120 fps (common screen refresh rate, the 90 limit I had before wasn't optimal)
• Zooming no longer accidentally pans and off-centers your camera, you now have to make a deliberate move with your fingers to pan while zooming. This one drove me nuts!
• Reworked clouds in the plant minigame background
• Several bugfixes
